  • 8 Large Potatoes
  • 1lb of Crawfish Tails
  • 2 cups of Sour Cream
  • Fresh Bacon Bits
  • Pastuerized Cheese
  • 1 Cup of Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 links of diced Smoked Sausage
  • Salt (To taste)
  • Black Pepper (To taste)
  • 2 tsp. Red Pepper
