- 1 lb. center cut pork chops
- 1 Tbsp. Chablis
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 3 green onions including tops
- 2 tsp. liquid hot pepper seasoning
- 4 tsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 small green bell peppers or 1 each green and red pepper
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
Directions

1Place pork, Chablis and ginger in a 2-quart pan.

2Cut 1 of the green onions in half and add to pork, then add enough water to barely cover meat.

3Bring to a simmer; cover and simmer until not pink (about 20 minutes to 30 minutes).

4Lift meat from broth and refrigerate until cold.

5Cut into 1 1/2-inch square pieces.
