  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 7/8 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 3/8 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • fine salt
  • 2 large eggs or 3 medium-sized eggs
  • 2 natural Greek yogurts
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 9/16 cup white chocolate chopped, or bar nuggets chopped with a knife

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Grease a small rectangular pan with margarine, and sprinkle it with flour. Set aside.

    In a bowl combine the flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and fine salt. Mix well.

    In another bowl whisk the eggs, yogurt, and oil.

    Mix the contents of the two bowls, and whisk to a homogeneous dough.

    Add the white chocolate, and stir, without beating.

    Bake for about 35 minutes.

    Remove from oven, let cool.

    Cut into squares, and serve.
