  • 3 -5 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and seeded
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

    Add garlic to food processor and mince.

    Cut cucumber into chunks, add to food processor and mince.

    Put this mixture into a strainer, and let the juice drain out for 1 minutes or so.
