Lazy Day Cake/Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar or more to taste
- all purpose flour 3 Cups of
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons baking soda
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 cups cold water
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350° F

2Combine all ingredients until smooth. Add more sugar as necessary.

3For a cake: place in a 9-by-13 inch pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.

4For cupcakes: Fill until 3/4 full and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool for 2 minutes before taking out of the pan to cool for another 30 minutes (after these 30 minutes you may frost the cupcakes, I did not, I simply added a Hershey Kiss on some for decoration & deliciousness).

5This cake/cupcakes will stay fresh after 3 to 4 days, if they last that long that is!
