- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 to 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pt. whipped heavy cream (optional)
- 1 sm. can sweetened crushed pineapple
Directions

1Combine lowfat milk, sugar, rice, and butter in saucepan.

2Simmer 20 to 30 min or possibly till thick.

3Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

4Cold and mix in sweetened pineapple and whipped cream.
