  • 8 peaches peeled and sliced (dip in boiling water and then peel)
  • put in bowl and m ix in about 1/4 cup sugar
  • put lemon juice on peaches
  • put in fridge for 2 hours
  • spill off liquid (about 1 cup)
  • mix 2 tbsp. cornstarch with liquid
  • heat liquid, when thick ass 2 tbsp. butter + 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • let this cool
