  • 8 c. sugar
  • 3 boxes wild strawberry jello

Directions

    Cut 8 cups rhubarb in 1-inch pieces.

    Simmer for 8 minutes and add 8 cups sugar.

    Cook together for 15 more minutes.

    Set off stove and add 3 boxes of jello.

    Skim and stir.
  6. 6
    Pour into hot jars and seal with paraffin wax.

    Makes 6 jars or more.
