Upside-Down Chocolate Cake

- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. pecan pieces
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
Directions

1Spray bottom of 10 x 13-inch glass pan with nonstick spray. Put coconut and pecans in bottom of pan. Mix cake mix by directions on box.

2Pour cake mixture over pecans and coconut.

3In large bowl, mix confectioners sugar, butter and cream cheese until blended well, then drop mixture throughout cake by large spoonfuls.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done in center.
