- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1/3 c. chopped green peppers
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, in 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
- 2 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Cook sausage, onions and peppers in skillet until sausage is brown and crumbly. Stir in flour.

3Mix in next 4 ingredients.

4Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and olives. Spread in a 9-inch square pan.

5Prepare muffin mix according to package. Spread over sausage. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.

6Loosen edges.

7Invert onto plate. Serve immediately.
