  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 4 slices canned pineapple
  • 4 servings ham slices
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 1/3 c. Minute rice
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Combine the brown sugar with melted butter; pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

    Cover bottom of pan with pineapple and ham. Place pan in heated oven at 400° while preparing rice mixture. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil.

    Cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring.

    Spread over pineapple and ham. Cover and bake 10 minutes.

    Invert on serving dish.
