- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 4 slices canned pineapple
- 4 servings ham slices
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1 1/3 c. Minute rice
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Combine the brown sugar with melted butter; pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

2Cover bottom of pan with pineapple and ham. Place pan in heated oven at 400° while preparing rice mixture. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil.

3Cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring.

4Spread over pineapple and ham. Cover and bake 10 minutes.

5Invert on serving dish.
