  • 60g butter
  • 2 pears, cut into 3mm slices
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups gluten free self-raising flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla essence
  • 125g butter, melted
