- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (14 oz.) jar Ragu Pizza Quick sauce
- 3/4 c. Bisquick mix
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. mushroom pieces (optional)
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion over medium heat.

2Drain off fat, then spoon into an 8-inch square baking dish.

3Top with pizza sauce, mushrooms and cheese. Combine Bisquick mix, milk and eggs; beat until smooth.

4Pour mixture over casserole, covering evenly. Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes.

5Let set a few minutes before serving.

6To serve, cut in squares and turn pieces upside-down on plate.
