  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef stew
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 small bunch carrots, sliced
  • 16 oz. frozen peas
  • 8 to 10 potatoes
  • 2 small cans V-8 juice (12 oz.)
  • 1 box homestyle gravy (Pillsbury)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of garlic powder
