  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 12 cup wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • salt

Directions

    Mix all the above together and knead the dough with water (preferably with coconut water).

    Make small vadas (the size of small puris), by patting on your palm.

    Deep fry, drain excess oil and serve hot with your favourite vegetable curry.
