  • 8 c. sliced squash
  • 1 c. sliced onions
  • 3 large bell peppers, chopped
  • 3/4 c. salt
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 3 c. sugar
