- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
Directions

1Combine cabbage, green pepper and onion in a large bowl. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan and pour over slaw while still hot.

2Toss and refrigerate for several hours or overnight for full flavor.
