- 4 eggs
- 9 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat egg yolks and water with eggbeater until light.

2Slowly add sugar and continue beating.

3Sift flour and baking powder and add to yolk mixture.

4Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and salt. Pour into 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans that have been greased and floured. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
