  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 12 oz. vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 7 oz. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

    Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Beat thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake in a well-greased and floured tube pan for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 275°. Test for doneness with a straw.
