- 4 c. 2% low-fat milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 small box Jell-O vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 1 c. Minute brand instant rice
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions

1Gradually stir milk and egg into dry pudding mix in saucepan, add rice and raisins.

2Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to boil.

3Remove from heat, cover for 5 minutes, then cool for 5 minutes, stirring twice.

4Pour into dessert dishes or serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate about 1 hour.

5Serve with sprinkled cinnamon and nutmeg.

6Makes 10 servings.
