- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 whole Fresh Vanilla Bean
Directions

1Place the sugar in a sealed container.

2Split the vanilla bean in half lengthwise.

3Scrape the seeds out of the vanilla bean into the sugar.

4Place the vanilla bean in the container and seal.

5Set the container in a cool, dark place, such as your cupboard, and let sit for at least 1 week.

6Use in place of regular sugar.

7This recipe makes just 2 cups of sugar.

8Feel free to make a larger quantity, using 1 vanilla bean for every 2 cups of sugar.
