  • 3/4 c. peach juice
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • dash of salt
  • 1 pkg. raspberry jello
  • 3/4 c. drained peaches
  • vanilla wafers

    Heat to boil the milk, salt, juice and jello.

    Add 2 beaten eggs; mix good and cool in refrigerator until livery.

    (Beat about 10 minutes.)

    Add drained peaches.

    Grease plate with butter and line with wafers.

    Pour mixture in and serve with whipped cream.
