  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs

    In cupcake pan, put cupcake papers in each.

    Place 1 vanilla wafer cookie in bottom.

    Mix other ingredients well and pour atop wafer.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Cool and top with cherries or whipped cream.
