Ingredients
- 1 hen or possibly 2 fryers
- Water
- 2 green peppers, minced
- 2 lg. onions, minced
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 (8 ounce.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1 can liquid removed English peas
- 1 can pimento, minced
- 1 pound processed cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can tomatoes and chili peppers
Directions

1Cover hen with water; simmer approximately 3 hrs over low heat.

2Finish with 3 c. broth.

3Let cold in broth.

4Saute/fry green peppers and onions in butter for 45 min.

5Remove bones and chicken.

6Cook spaghetti in chicken broth and add in water as needed.

7Do not drain.

8Add in peas, tomatoes, pimento, cheese, chicken and sauteed peppers and onions.

9Add in salt and pepper.

10Bake in casserole dish at 325 degrees for 30 min.
