- 2 c vanilla wafers, crushed
- 5 Tbsp melted butter or margerine
- 3 to 4 bananas, sliced lengthwise in half
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1/3 c lemon juice
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- chopped nuts
- Cool Whip
- red cherries
- coconut
Directions

1Mix crused wafers and melted butter; press into bottom of rectangle dish.

2Slice bananas lengthwise and cover bottom.

3Avoid overly ripe bananas.

4Use yellow skinned with green tip.

5Mix together condensed milk and lemon joice; spread on top of bananas. Spread crushed pineapple on top of Eagle Brand layer.

6Cover with whipped topping.

7(8 to 9 ounces is plenty.)

8Sprinkle coconut, chopped nuts and arrange cherries on top to designate serving size. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
