- 1 lb. veal round, cut thin
- 1 c. Marsala wine
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Marinate veal in wine and garlic, covered for 24 hours.

2Remove veal, pat dry and cut into serving slices.

3Sprinkle both sides with mixture of flour, salt and pepper.

4Brown meat in oil in frying pan.

5Spread top of each slice with mixture of Worcestershire and mustard.

6Add sour cream and 1/2 cup of wine marinade.

7Cover and cook until veal is done.

8Serve with noodles.
