Ingredients

  • 1 lb. veal round, cut thin
  • 1 c. Marsala wine
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions

    Marinate veal in wine and garlic, covered for 24 hours.

    Remove veal, pat dry and cut into serving slices.

    Sprinkle both sides with mixture of flour, salt and pepper.

    Brown meat in oil in frying pan.

    Spread top of each slice with mixture of Worcestershire and mustard.

    Add sour cream and 1/2 cup of wine marinade.

    Cover and cook until veal is done.

    Serve with noodles.
