- 2 green apples, cored and sliced without peeling
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 4 to 6 Tbsp. half and half
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- minced parsley
Directions

1Trim veal of excess fat.
