- 2 egg yolks
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon (juice and grated rind)
- 1 c. milk
- 2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Directions

1Beat together sugar, butter and egg yolks.

2Add and mix together lemon juice.

3Add milk and egg whites (fold in).

4Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake 1 hour at 325°.
