- 2 lb. veal
- 2 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Cook veal.

2Make barbecue sauce while meat cools.

3In a skillet, brown onion and celery with salad oil.

4Cook until tender.

5Add 1/2 cup catsup, 1/3 cup water, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 tablespoon each of brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and mustard.

6Simmer 15 minutes.

7Add meat.
