  • 4 breaded veal cutlets
  • 1 (16 oz.) can canned stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 3/4 (16 oz.) can water
  • 1 whole chopped onion
  • 4 slices Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Brown veal and onion; add tomatoes, water and soup and heat. Put in baking pan, cover and bake 1 hour at 325°.

    Uncover and put cheese on meat; warm until melted.
