- 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 3 c. Italian bread crumbs
- olive oil
Directions

1Pound veal steak thin or partially freeze veal roast and slice thin.

2Beat eggs; add Romano cheese, salt and black pepper.

3Add veal slices to egg mixture and let set for 1 hour.
