- 4 veal scallops (cut from leg; approximately 1 lb.)
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 to 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. Marsala cooking wine
Directions

1Dredge veal scallops in flour.

2Salt and pepper to taste. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in skillet.

3Brown 1 clove garlic.

4Add veal, browning quickly.

5Remove veal to shallow baking pan.

6Add 1 tablespoon butter to skillet and brown mushrooms.

7Add Marsala cooking wine and bring to a boil.

8Simmer about 2 minutes to blend flavors.

9Pour wine and mushroom sauce over veal.

10Cover and bake about 20 minutes at 350°.
