- 2 lb. veal steak, cut 1/2-inch thick
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- garlic
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 c. cream
Directions

1Mix salt, pepper and flour.

2Roll individual servings of veal cutlets in seasoned flour.

3Brown in hot oil in skillet rubbed with garlic.

4Add 1 cup hot water; cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Arrange meat on hot platter.

5Into gravy left in pan, stir 1 cup cream.

6Heat and pour over noodles.

7Sprinkle with paprika.

8Makes 6 servings.
