- 1 lb. veal, pounded very thin
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. white wine
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 lemon, sliced thin
- small touch of garlic powder
Directions

1Brown veal in margarine.

2Remove veal to heated platter. Deglaze pan with white wine and chicken broth.

3Add lemon slices to sauce and simmer until thickened (may need to add a touch of cornstarch to thicken).

4Add garlic.

5Put veal back in sauce. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes over medium-low heat.

6Garnish with fresh parsley.

7Makes 4 servings.
