  • 2 lbs thinly sliced and pounded veal
  • 4 sliced fresh tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 lb fresh mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 12 cup white wine
  • fresh parsley
  • seasoning

Directions

    In large frying pan brown veal quickly with garlic.

    Remove garlic, discard.
  3. 3
    Remove veal.

    Brown mushrooms several minutes.
  5. 5
    Replace veal, add remaining ingredients and simmer covered until tender, between 5-10 minutes.
