- 1 1/2 lb. veal steak
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 3/4 c. Sauterne, heated
- 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
Directions

1Brown veal in olive oil and butter.

2Add salt, pepper and garlic salt to both sides.

3Turn frequently until brown.

4Add garlic, parsley, mushrooms, sage and heated wine.

5Cover.

6Simmer for 30 minutes, until gravy is golden and slightly thickened.
