- 2 lb. veal cubes
- 4 peeled tomatoes (from 1 lb. can)
- 10 oz. frozen peas
- 4 cloves garlic
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Saute veal in oil 10 minutes.

2While water is releasing from veal, add garlic and continue sauteing.

3Fifteen minutes later, add peeled tomatoes (crushed with fork), peas, salt, pepper and water to cover.

4Cook 15 minutes (high).

5Cover; simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

6As water reduces continue adding water to consistency of your choice.

7Serve over buttered rice.
