  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 4 medium size Granny Smith apples
  • 4 oz. cashews
  • 4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. olive oil
  • 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. dried mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
