- 3 cans Veg-All vegetables
- 1 1/2 c. Kraft mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 can regular size cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, diced
- 1 1/4 c. celery, chopped
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 2 c. crushed Ritz crackers or Pepperidge Farm herb bread crumbs, finely crushed and mixed with 4 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Directions

1Drain Veg-All; combine all ingredients except buttered crumbs. Put into flat or round 3-quart casserole, buttered.

2Top with buttered crumbs.

3Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
