  • 8 ounces chickpeas
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander chopped finely
  • 3 tablespoons cracked wheat or Wheatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
