  • 1 box firm silken tofu
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 vegetable oil

Directions

    Dry the tofu with paper towels and cut into little cubes.

    Mix the dry ingredients in a plate.

    Gently roll the tofu pieces in the flour mix.

    Fry the tofu pieces in hot oil until light brown.

    Serve with potato fries and squeeze lemon on top.
