- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 vegetable oil
Directions

1Dry the tofu with paper towels and cut into little cubes.

2Mix the dry ingredients in a plate.

3Gently roll the tofu pieces in the flour mix.

4Fry the tofu pieces in hot oil until light brown.

5Serve with potato fries and squeeze lemon on top.
