Ingredients: 1 c. oleo or shortening; 1 c. nuts, chopped fine; 1 lb. cream cheese, room temperature; 3 c. whipping cream or similar whip; 4 pkg. instant lemon pudding; 2 c. flour; 1 c. powdered sugar; 6 c. milk

1 c. nuts, chopped fine
1 lb. cream cheese, room temperature
3 c. whipping cream or similar whip
4 pkg. instant lemon pudding
2 c. flour
1 c. powdered sugar
6 c. milk

Directions

Mix oleo and flour together as for a pie.

Add nuts.

Press mixture on bottom of pie pans.

Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Cool.

Whip together cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup whipping cream. Spread on cooled baked pie crusts.

Add remaining whipping cream to pudding and milk; spread over cheese mixture.

Refrigerate for several hours, then serve.
