- 2 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 head escarole
- .13 tsp. salt
- .13 tsp. Pepper
- 1 can cannellini beans
- 1 tbsp. capers
- Baguette slices
Directions

1Heat olive oil in 12-inch skillet on medium.

2Add garlic and crushed red pepper; cook 1 minute, stirring.

3Add escarole, salt, and pepper; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until wilted, stirring and tossing.

4Stir in cannellini beans and capers.

5Cook 2 minutes.

6Serve as a side or on baguette slices as an appetizer.
