  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 2 head escarole

  • .13 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 can cannellini beans
  • 1 tbsp. capers
  • Baguette slices

Directions

    Heat olive oil in 12-inch skillet on medium.

    Add garlic and crushed red pepper; cook 1 minute, stirring.

    Add escarole, salt, and pepper; cook 3 to 4 minutes or until wilted, stirring and tossing.

    Stir in cannellini beans and capers.
