- 1/2 cup vegan thai peanut sauce
- 1/2 cup carrot, matchstick sliced
- 1 mushroom, sliced
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onion top, sliced
- 1/2 serrano pepper, thinly sliced
- salt & pepper, to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Spread warmed peanut sauce on flatbread or pre-baked crust.

3Layer remaining vegetables on peanut sauce covered crust.
