- 3 (10 oz.) cans refrigerator buttermilk biscuits
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- chopped jalapeno peppers (optional)
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 8 to 12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Cut biscuits into quarters.

2Dip each piece in margarine. Layer 1/3 of biscuits in lightly greased 10-inch Bundt pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 the bacon, cheeses, onion and peppers.

3Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with the biscuits.

4Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
