  • 1 (12 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn or whole kernel
  • 1 can English peas
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

    Mix all together, except crackers and margarine. Pour in casserole dish.

    Crush Ritz crackers (about 1 stack).

    Melt 1 stick of margarine.

    Coat crackers with margarine. Pat on top.

    Bake in 350° oven until bubbles and browns lightly.
