  • 1 can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. sharp cheese, grated
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Drain beans and corn.

    Mix beans, corn, bell pepper and onion. Mix in soup and sour cream.

    Blend in grated cheese.

    Pour in casserole dish and top with crushed cracker crumbs mixed with 1 stick of melted margarine.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 to 45 minutes.
