- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small can water chestnuts (optional)
- 1 stack Ritz crackers
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Mix first 5 ingredients together.

3Put in baking dish, then mix together Ritz crackers, crushed, and margarine, softened.

4Spread on top and bake until it bubbles or just browns a little, about 20 minutes.
