- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tube Ritz crackers
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Mix the first 6 ingredients together.

2Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

3Mix next 2 ingredients and sprinkle over top.

4Bake 10 to 15 minutes.

5Cook in 9 x 12-inch pan.
