  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

    Beat eggs slightly.

    Then add flour and salt.

    Beat vigorously for 2 minutes.

    Pour batter into very hot greased custard cups or iron popover pans (425°) for about 40 minutes in preheated oven.

    Serve at once.

    Makes 6 large popovers.
